| Don’t know who the whiners are here.. my experience, excellent. Result,
right inguinal repair, now 6 years in, excellent. I’m older than dirt, can do
anything. Thank you, thank you Shouldice friends. Best medical decision I
ever made! |
| Friendly admins & food servers. Food is good. Doctors/nurses were
unpleasant and sometimes rude. Outdated system. Tags are hand written,
no code scanners, no tablets. Just papers and pens. Good surgery
technique but you’ll have unpleasant exp |
| I had a inguinal hernia repaired at Shouldice. Worst
experience of my life. All the staff were rude and
unprofessional. No communication with the surgeon and the
worst of it was that they botched my surgery. My
recommendation: Stay away! |
| Service sucks!!send in all my imforation!they didn't get back to me !I had to
phone them !finally they said they wouldn't do the operation!must of phoned
about 4 times before I got an answer !they do cherry pick! |
| Was told I do not have a hernia. They did not even look at
ct scans or x-rays. They could not fix it. It was done
elsewhere and successful. When they mentioned they do not
cherry pick, that was a joke. Of course they do, was 100%
dissatisfied her |
| Was in to see their Chief Surgeon who advised that I did not
have a hernia. I had a grape fruit protruding from my chest.
Without looking at any test results, he stated can not be
fixed. Well it was repaired, but not here.
Cherry pickers. Terri |
| Long initial waits for assessment, then flows like a
manufacturing process. Staff is helpful but not pleasant or
friendly. Doctors and nurses very knowlegdeable, and
covered by OHIP. |
| They do not deserve the reputation they have. The facilities
are dated, the food horrible, and you may not get the
surgeon that assesses you. Wait times for check ups are
ridiculous. I had serious complications that were treated
with pain killers. |
