We have a humana high deductible policy.....his staff
demanded payment of $145 even though contract rate is
$73.We left and saw Dr. Howard next door who is very good.
Humana said Dr. Berend staff didn't know what they were
doing.
First doctor we have come across that charges
patients "off the street" rate even when we had Humana
insurance with high deductible policy. Very expensive, so
we left and went to Dr. Howard next door who is very
competent and much more affo
