| He was hired for a surgery and neglected to state all risks
of the surgery. Surgery went bad, a new surgeon is needed
for repairs. Dr. Demianczuk refused to refund the fee so
that the repair could be done. BEWARE! He ruined a life. | | He botched my face and browlift badly and left me
permanently disfigured. I have been told by other doctors
that I will need a hair graft to make both sides of my
face the same again. The nerves are permanently dead along
